Vision statement

Our aim is to encourage and inspire all Christians to create visually what God shows them to His Glory.

Although this is a one sentence statement, this encapsulates the essence of our aim. The following expands this:

We worship a creative God who created us, in His image, for His Glory. So we are all creative. In 1 Corinthians 14, Paul tells us to eagerly seek the gift of prophecy. Prophecy is through the Holy Spirit to express the heart, mind and will of God.

Prophetic art brings these two aspects together.

You may have had a prophetic word given to you in the past and unless it was written down or, nowadays recorded, by the time you got home you have forgotten some of it! Whereas, with prophetic art you have a permanent record to remind you of what was said.

In John 13 we read how Jesus washed the feet of the disciples and then in verses 14 and 15 He told us to do the same. Therefore we are to have a servant attitude towards each other. One way to serve each other is to prophesy to one another.

Our aims are:

For all Christians to grow in the prophetic by using the visual. This will grow their relationship with God.

For the whole body of Christ (the Church) to function as a community by using the prophetic visually to build up, encourage and console.

To train, encourage and equip Christian prophetic artists to create what God shows them.

Using tools, such as this web site to link Christian prophetic artists together. So that they can support; inspire and encourage each other.

To leave a legacy of Christians, both artists and non-artists who operate visually in the prophetic – which is “prophecy through art”.

Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever
is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything
worthy of praise, think about these things…
